For many years, I photographed professionally part-time under the name Marie and Leigh alongside my twin sister, Tanya. Back then, I never imagined I’d one day be running my own business, doing what I truly love. After balancing a full-time career in dentistry with my passion for photography on the side, I finally made the leap — leaving dentistry behind to follow my heart. Life is short, and I believe in living it fully, doing what sets your soul on fire.

We all have a story. Here's mine.
My love for photography started unexpectedly when, at 18, I impulsively bought a little Canon point-and-shoot. What began as a random purchase quickly turned into a deep passion as I started capturing moments for friends and family. Seeing their faces light up when they received their photos filled me with a sense of purpose I couldn’t ignore. I knew this "hobby" was meant to become something more. Not long after, I photographed my first wedding, and from that moment on, I was hooked.
A few fun facts about me:
I’m in love with my husband, Lee, he’s my whole heart. I've known him since I was 12!
I’m a big fan of the Outlander books, Lord of the rings books, and any book that has the trope of getting picked off one by one. I love Rottweilers, and playing tennis (I play poorly but with enthusiasm!). My faith is a huge part of who I am. I love swimming (even though the deep scares me), binge-watching TV shows, video games, and ordering take out with my sis.
